Welcome to the IAFCI Card Fraud Industry Group on our new Higher Logic platform!  We're excited to have you here as we continue sharing insights, trends, and best practices to combat financial crime. This new space will make it even easier to collaborate, exchange information, and stay connected with fellow professionals across the industry. Thank you for being part of this strong and dedicated community-we look forward to your participation and contributions!

Right now, this platform is open to IAFCI members only, however Headquarters is working with Higher Logic on how to make it available to non-IAFCI members.

    A couple of guidelines,

    1. Let's use this for current card fraud trends, best practices, & FAQ.  Maybe a hilarious joke or two from time to time! :)

    2. No PANS or PII.

Outlook users, if you haven't done so already, recommend you create an IAFCI Industry Group folder and an outlook rule to route messages from mail@connectedcommunity.org to that folder.  Keeps your inbox cleaner that way!

    Hi all,

Disregard the message from yesterday about Chapter President training on Higher Logic.  That was a form letter (for lack of a better word) that headquarters has updated.

I'll see you all tomorrow at 1pm Central for our Guest Speaker and modified roundtable.

    Thanks,

    Hello everyone,

I am looking for a contact with Citibank in reference to an investigation I am working in which my victim indicated her personal banking account was compromised and an electronic payment was sent to Citibank to either make a payment on a credit card or deposit into an account.
