Hello,
I am currently reviewing a case in which a cardholder was contacted by an individual impersonating a Tropicana Casino employee. As a result of this interaction, the cardholder provided their username, password, and a one-time passcode, which allowed unauthorized access to their Tropicana Casino account. Subsequently, approximately $4,300 was debited from the account.
Does anyone have a contact with Tropicana Casino Online, or Caesars Entertainment who could assist with this matter?
