  • 1.  Fraud contact at Publix grocery stores?

    Does anyone have a fraud contact at Publix grocery stores?  We have a customer disputing several chip & pin ATM withdrawals and I'd like to see if they still have ATM video/stills.

    Hey Aaron, are you seeing any contactless fraud at the grocery stores? We just had our first known case of the NFC Relay Fraud. Sounds like this is a crime ring based out of China. I was just at a conference and a special agent from Homeland Security was talking about how prevalent this scam is right now.

    Hi Derek,

     

    Not on this particular case at Publix, it's chip & pin.  However, I am seeing Digital Wallet fraud at grocery stores across the nation.
