This ANI is the newest # associated with an ongoing event we are experiencing as follows:
- Card Member (CM) email is hacked unknowingly
- Hacker sends CM email from the CM hacked email exposing their email password to them
- Hacker states they have hacked all the devices and have been watching them and if they do not want the hacker to expose those nefarious sites to the CM employer, church, family to send Bitcoin to this wallet (varies)
- Hacker is also then processing stolen debit card payments to the CM's credit card and blitzing it with Amazon charges
- Sharing information with Amazon has been slow but they did recently reply advising us they identified some patterns and deployed actions, but we continue to see the trend
